No, it’s not essential, but we would recommend whenever you’re not on-the-go leaving Blenderelle open for the maximum amount of ventilation.

The antimicrobial protection used in the plastic of Blenderelle is made from silver and added during the manufacturing. It is completely safe. The antimicrobial will help keep the case bacteria-free.

The silver-based antimicrobial is often used in health care, it will not expire it will last the lifetime of the product.

We use ABS, which is a tough recyclable material, the same plastic Lego is made from. If you’ve ever stood on a piece of Lego with bare feet by accident you’ll know how hard ABS is!

For best results, we suggest replacing your makeup blender every 3 months. It does depend on how often you use and care for it. If you clean and store properly it will last the maximum time of the product

Baby shampoo, antibacterial handwash or a bar of soap work great to clean your sponge.

When Blender Bud is wet it almost doubles in size and is even softer. A damp sponge when applying makeup will give you the best results

Damp sponges are a breeding ground for bacteria. If air can’t circulate and the sponge doesn’t have an opportunity to dry properly and bacteria will quickly grow in your sponge.

Eeek! Those little black spots will very likely be signs of bacteria growing, and it’s impossible and remove it. Time to treat yourself to a new sponge!

Once we process your order, shipping typically takes 2-3 business days, with USPS for U.S orders.  Rest of the world cant take up to 14 days. We cannot take responsibility for your order once it leaves the U.S. All orders ship direct from our warehouse in New York. 

Orders after 2 p.m. EST are shipped out the next business day. After 2pm EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the Monday. These shipping times may vary during the holidays.
